There is no obligation on your end to sell! We understand if you are not interested in selling, we know some properties have been passed down for generations and aren't leaving the family, some are your dream recreational properties, or right now may just not be the best timing. No worries! Our company is for those who are ready to sell. Whether they dont want the property anymore, are tired of paying the taxes, or would rather just have the money, that is where we come in handy!

What if I am ready to sell after the offer date has expired?
Great, feel free to reach out! We understand now may not be the right timing for you, but when you are ready, we will be too.
Are fees involved?
Not for you, we will take care of the fees! The sale price we agree upon is the amount you will receive. We will pay back taxes within reason as well as title and escrow fees with a title company located within the county.
